When we heard that one of our favourite restaurants @kibousushi_cheltenham was reopening for collection we jumped on the chance to get a slot. We have loved having the time to be more adventurous with our cooking at home but find it hard to recreate quality sushi. We managed to resist diving straight in for long enough to take a few snaps. The cha sui ramen smelt incredible from the moment we got it in the car. The soft shell crab bao bun was the most pillowy I have ever had but I have to say my dish of the day was this chirashizushi which was a generous bowl of seasoned rice, mixed sashimi, tamago and avocado. Yum yum ?? so pleased to have sushi back in our lives! #sushi #ramen #kimchi #chickenkaraage #inthistogetherglos #restaurantathome #instafood #sashimi #baobuns #cotswoldfoodblog #lockdownfood
