Jessop House in Cheltenham is The Boutique Workplace Company's first flexible office space and co-working lounge in Gloucestershire, offering a professional place for the county's micro and small businesses to set up and grow.
Cheltenham is the latest town to join its list of 35 locations, alongside its offices and co-working lounges in major cities like London, Birmingham and Glasgow.
It promises to bring 'a big experience to small businesses', with the site benefitting from an on-site cafe with outdoor seating area, private parking and even a 24-hour gym.
And businesses are already moving in from sectors spanning design, engineering, education and charity, building the foundations for a diverse business community.
