Gloucester foodies can look forward to a brand-new restaurant combining classic French cookery with fresh Indian flavours, as Muse Brasserie has officially opened at Gloucester Quays on Monday 11 May 2026.
The new Gloucester restaurant is the third in the Muse stable, alongside it's popular and highly rated Cheltenham brasserie and its restaurant in Bristol city centre.
The menu is said to combine classical French techniques with vibrant flavours inspired by Muse's Indian heritage, with seasonal British produce º£½ÇÉçÇø centre stage.
Dishes on the new Muse Brasserie Gloucester menu range from smoked cheddar souffle with kirsch sauce and pan-seared seabream with lemon beurre blanc to spring lamb cannon and rib-eye steak with grande chips.

Muse founder, Limon Rahman, said: 'Muse has always been about doing things differently. Our mix of French technique and Indian heritage gives us something that’s truly our own.

Designed to be a 'relaxed yet elegant space', the Gloucester venue features Muse's signature apple blossom tree as a central focal point, with a soft pink and teal palette.
Muse Brasserie Gloucester is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
