Cardiff-headquartered corporate advisory firm GS Verde Group announces the appointment of a new associate director, as part of wider plans to expand its accounting services.

The group recently expanded into Cheltenham, º£½ÇÉçÇø on new office space in Clockwise Offices at Festival House in June 2024.

In line with a 'continuous period of growth' for the multi-discipline mergers and acquisitions group, the appointment of Linzi Lumbley as associate director puts a focus on the team's delivery of high-quality financial management and advice to entrepreneurs and management teams that are looking to scale, acquire or lead towards an exit across the UK and Ireland.

Linzi said: 'I genuinely care about the quality and accessibility of good financial information to help business owners make decisions to improve their lives — I look forward to bringing my experience to the table and help drive this ethos through the team.'

Head of GS Verde Tax and Accountants, Joel Dunning, added: 'We are thrilled to have Linzi on board, her expertise and enthusiasm are a great asset to our team and clients.

'We have a team of accountants and tax advisors who adopt a consultative approach, and Linzi will help shape that into the future.'

GS Verde Group is a business-focused firm combining expertise in law, tax, finance and communications to provide end-to-end support — optimising and de-risking the entire mergers and acquisition process.
