For lovers of fine dining, there can be no better treat than a six-course tasting menu with one of France's finest culinary experts talking you through it.
Whatley Manor's executive chef Ricki Weston has invited celebrated chef Charles Coulombeau to co-host an evening of fabulous Michelin-star feasting.
At 7pm on Wednesday 6 March 2024, the duo will serve up an array of carefully curated dishes to showcase some of the best seasonal favourites for diners to savour.
Costing 拢145 per person, the evening will include a glass of Nyetimber English sparkling wine on arrival, an introduction and commentary from the chefs, followed by a six-course menu with coffee to conclude.
There'll also be an optional wine flight for 拢95 per person to complement the flavours, with top class wines available by the glass too.
Charles Coulombeau has built a reputation for creating a dining experience that is second to none at La Maison dans le Parc restaurant in Nancy, France.
His dishes draw on years of experience as a chef at Gravetye Manor in Sussex, where he honed his culinary skills and gained recognition for his talent.
