Parler is hosting everything from vinyl playback sessions to impromptu jams during Cheltenham Jazz Festival 2026.

Cheltenham's vibe-filled vinyl listening cafe-bar, Parler, has partnered with Cheltenham Jazz Festival for a weekend of soulful sounds and impromptu jam sessions, for the first time in 2026.

What's on at Parler during Cheltenham Jazz Festival 2026?

Throughout the Jazz Festival weekend, from Wednesday 29 April until Monday 4 May 2026, Parler is extending its opening hours, perfect for nightcaps after an evening in the Big Top or the DEYA Arena.

There's expected to be relaxed performances from artists, as well as DJs across the weekend, as well as classic and contemporary vinyl spinning.

While on Sunday 3 May 2026, The Sunday Session sees a full-on Jazz Festival takeover, with a classic album playback of Miles Davis' Kind of Blue from 11am, before Guy Barkers Big Band and the BBC Concert Orchestra take to the stage to perform their reimagined version live.

From 12pm to 2pm, there's a vinyl DJ gig with Parler's guest DJs providing the soundtrack as it serves up its signature flat whites, pastries and negronis.

Then after@Parler, from 10pm until late, will see jazz musicians head to 'the hang' – with festival artists including Kansas Smitty's Giacomo Smith heading to the bar for spontaneous jams and DJ sets, accompanied by cocktails and great company.

How much are Cheltenham Jazz Festival events at Parler?
